Here at Stoic, we are dedicated to inspiring, educating, and guiding our clientele towards an elevated quality of life through fundamental movements and empowering them to embody the best version of themselves.

  • I’ve had over 20 trainers in my training life and CP is easily the top. His knowledge of everything an athlete needs to excel is unparalleled. He prepped me for my knee replacement surgery and then helped me rehab after surgery. I was back surfing in 11 weeks!  Had he been training me early in my athletic career, it’s likely I would not have needed joint replacement at age 51.

  • Since beginning my fitness journey with Chris in June of 2022, I have noticed significant changes in not only my appearance but my strength levels and absence of pain. Before I started with Chris, my workouts would lead to debilitating back pain that would wake me up almost every night. Now after almost 2 years, I am pain-free and am able to safely lift weights beyond even my own body weight. My training sessions have become my lifeline.   • We are retired educators, and our goal is to live well by moving easily through our days. Justin Haynes has been our guide to fitness and strength. We are inspired by Justin’s spirit and positivity. We have the deepest appreciation for his knowledge of the body and of building fitness. Justin meets us where we are fitness-wise, with a vision for how we can keep getting stronger through movement. The exercises we learn with Justin form the basis of our home workouts, for which our equipment is extremely simple: floor mats, free weights, and resistance bands. The Stoic studio provides a supportive environment with others who are there to share kindness and encouragement.
